****Burglary Alert****

Dear All,

We would like to make you aware of a recent Burglary in Selsdon & Addington Village Ward.

Between Monday 20/10/2025 and Thursday 23/10/2025 at 22:00hrs a house in ADDINGTON ROAD near to the junction with KINGSWAY AVENUE was burgled.

Entry was gained via the back garden where the suspect/s smashed the glass in the back door.

Jewellery, cash and a wallet were stolen.

We are unable too give more specific dates and times due to the homeowner being on holiday at the time.

We have previously mentioned leaving lights on or radios on if your home is unoccupied, as the clocks go back this Sunday (26th October 2025) we cannot stress this even more. As we patrol the streets of Selsdon we see many homes that are in darkness. Please do not give intruder's the opportunity to get into your home.
